"Young People Want Traditional Mass": Bishop James Conley of Lincoln, Nebraska, told EWTN on June 26 that he sees "a resurgence of interest in all things traditional, especially among young people": "They want reverence. They want transcendence. They want beauty in the liturgy." He believes this desire is also influencing the Novus Ordo: "I believe that we're seeing a trend turning more traditional even in the Novus Ordo. And I think this is a good thing." Ordained in 1985, Bishop James Conley has celebrated the Mass in the Roman rite since 1988, though about 95% of the time he uses the Novus Ordo.
Bishop James Conley, Lincoln: "There is a resurgence of interest in all things traditional, especially among young people. I see it in my own diocese. They want reverence. They want transcendence. They want beauty in the liturgy." "Thanks be to God we have not only the Fraternity of Saint Peter, but I have a couple of priests who celebrate, with permission of the Holy See, a Sunday Mass in the Extraordinary Form... It's my hope that as they continue to ordain priests... they will be able to meet the needs of the people who desire this form of the Mass." "So don't give up and don't jump ship."
28. June 2026 28. June 2026 06/28/2026 Entire blog as a free PDF eBook. If Russia continues fighting this “war of attrition” for years to come instead of decisively ending it soon, then it’ll be more vulnerable than ever to the “cordon sanitaire’s” invasion threats around 2030, thus compelling it to either capitulate or resort to nuclear weapons in self-defense. Andrew Korybko wrote this text on Thursday in an article on his blog korybko.substack.com: What’s The Likelihood Of A NATO-Russian Clash Around 2030? More tanks, more aircraft, more submarines, and a numerically stronger NATO army—this is how NATO strategists justify their chances of victory in the conflict with Russia they dream of. In doing so, they deliberately gloss over the far greater advantage held by the U.S.-Israel coalition over Iran and the consequences of their aggression. This irresponsible, criminal adventure ended with the unconditional surrender of the United States. Only Israel, despite its catastrophic …
Leo XIV Wants Synodality - Cardinals more Clarity: Today, at the end of the Extraordinary Consistory, Pope Leo XIV asked the Cardinals to "support the implementation of the Synod with conviction" in their dioceses: "As Cardinal Grech said, synodality is not a set of meetings or a working method; it is a spiritual style." However, SilereNonPossum mentions that, following Cardinal Grech's presentation, several cardinals and prelates requested clarification.
Such a waste of time and financial resources. Nothing of real substance as regards the crisis of the loss of the substance of the Catholic Faith and the consequential effects on the salvation of souls was even mentioned. Simply, temporal concerns. The Synodal Church is like all other secular associations. Concern is for the affairs of this world only. Pray the Rosary, fast as much as you can, remain in a state of Sanctifying Grace at all costs. We are on the verge of a major correction/chastisement - as promised by Our Lady!
26 neoconservative theology professors from Franciscan University of Steubenville - including Scott Hahn, John Bergsma, Michael Waldstein, Mark Miravalle, and university president Fr. Dave Pivonka - has published an open letter urging the FSSPX not to proceed with episcopal consecrations without a pontifical mandate. They represent a substantial portion of Steubenville's influential Theology Department (about 30 faculty members). Their argument is that no crisis in the Church justifies an act that would further damage the Church's visible unity with the Pope.
Open letter addressed to the SSPX leadership by nearly all the theologians of Franciscan University of Steubenville. «We write not as adversaries, but as fellow Christians who love the Church, which is built on Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition, and who, like you, long for the salvation of souls. Your love for the beauty of the traditional liturgy and your reverence in worship witness your earnest desire to serve the Lord. We share this love and desire.... The treasures of Catholic Tradition do not belong outside communion with Peter; they belong at the heart of the Church.»

In his May 2026 lecture at the Pontifical Urbaniana University, Cardinal Víctor "Tucho" Fernández said: "Sometimes it takes a madman, desperately in love with his land and his people, capable of separating the Gospel from certain cultural husks that have become attached to it but are not an essential part of its message, and of rereading it in the light of what his people are living today." Tucho added: "Ultimately, it is the Gospel, written within an ancient culture, that now acquires another 'flesh' in popular rites, venerated images, aphorisms and customs, reflections, ways of living the faith, and in music." On 25 June, Carlos Daniel Lasa wrote on ElWanderer.com that Tucho's contextual theology displaces Revelation and makes the lived experience of each people the decisive point for theology. Tucho relativises immutable doctrine and reduces theology to historical interpretation. Lasa's central thesis is even more far-reaching: Pope Francis sought to "refound" the Church, appointed …আরও
The Apostolic faith speaks to the eternal essence of God and the unchanging struggle of humans which is resolved by the timeless sacrifice on Calvary. Tucho claims that what he doesn't like in the Apostolic faith are cultural accretions. He is wrong. Lace, the mitre, and even his red zucchetto are cultural accretions. The seven deadly sins and sins which cry out to Heaven for vengeance are as fundamental to salvation as DNA is to life. This may be painful for Tucho. My heart goes out to him. But salvation comes from taking up your cross and requires sacrifice of your own preferences for the sake of Christ.
Our Lady Statue Found Intact After Caracas Earthquakes: Following the twin earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24, an undamaged statue of Our Lady holding the Child Jesus was discovered amid the destruction in Caracas. As recovery efforts continued, local residents and workers carefully carried the statue away from the damaged area.
A statue of Mary and Jesus remains intact after earthquakes in Venezuela. The statue survived double earthquakes in Caracas, the capital city of Venezuela.
Cardinal Müller on lay homilies: “One cannot arbitrarily divide up priestly powers and outsource them in a functionalist manner unless one denies the sacramental priesthood altogether in a Protestant manner, subsumes it entirely under the common priesthood of all the faithful, and leaves it merely as a function carried out on behalf of the community”
On June 25, skinny Paulist Father Chris Lawton celebrated an annual homosex Eucharist at the Stonewall National Monument in Christopher Park, New York City. Around 150 people attended, reports NcrOnline.org. The Eucharist was organized by the notorious homosexual parish St. Paul the Apostle in Manhattan. It took place at the start of 'New York Pride weekend'. The location was disfigured with dozens of rainbow flags. Fr Lawton apologized to homosexuals for times when the Church had failed to recognize God's presence in them. He believes that „transgender Catholics” continue to face unique injustice within the Church. He added that there is a movement toward inclusion of homosexuals underway in the Church: "The train has left the station. And we are going somewhere." Since February 6, the Archdiocese of New York has been led by Monsignor Ronald Hicks - another of Leo XIV's bad appointments. #newsBcfrbukhdr
A 29-year-old monk from the independent Abbey of Notre-Dame de Bellaigue in central France, who had been missing since Tuesday evening, was found safe on Friday. The Benedictine-inspired community in Virlet, in the Puy-de-Dôme department, was formerly affiliated with the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX). It aligned in 2019 with the movement associated with Bishop Richard Williamson. French gendarmes launched a search operation on Wednesday morning, deploying ground teams and aerial resources to locate the missing religious. According to LaMontagne.fr, the monk was found alive and without apparent injuries near Limoges, approximately 170 kilometers (105 miles) west of the monastery. Authorities have not disclosed how the monk came to be so far from the monastery or the circumstances surrounding his disappearance. They have released no information suggesting criminal involvement, nor have they indicated whether he left voluntarily or experienced a medical or psychological …আরও
"Church Can Never Accept Homosexual Lifestyle": Following a pro-homosexual Eucharist presided over by Washington Cardinal Robert McElroy at Georgetown University on June 20, New York Father Gerald Murray noted that McElroy was attempting to “let the steamroller keep rolling down the street” in order to promote homosexual sins within the Church. “The propaganda continues,” said Father Murray. Cardinal McElroy holds the view that acceptance of the homosexual lifestyle is “inevitable.” “That will never happen; it can never happen,” Father Murray concluded.
Fr. Murray on Cardinal McElroy's decision to celebrate Mass at a recent LGBT gathering in Washington, DC: "McElroy is trying to roll this steamroller down the road further, saying that it's inevitable that the church is going to accept the homosexual lifestyle. It never will"
Historia herezji Arianizmu niechaj dodaje nam otuchy.
This is why mexican people always help other people no matter who they are, race, nationality or economic status, like the help they've provided many times to the U.S. and other parts of the world without interest, without asking to have all their expenses to travel or stay, or food covered. It's because it comes from childhood, as they learn to work out of necessity, and gladly and lovingly help their parents and people.
Rumors are swirling that Cardinal Fernandez is planning to announce concessions for anyone who wishes to defect from the SSPX to avoid excommunication. The concessions: he will personally give them a smooch.
The implementation phase of the synod “will mark a new stage in the reception of the Second Vatican Council,” Cardinal Mario Grech warned the consistory on Saturday. He is a Cardinal and the Vatican's Secretary of the Synod. His lengthy speech, which was around 3,000 words long, was published on Zenit.org. Much of it was frankly repetitive, focusing on buzzwords such as listening, discernment, communion, participation, the 'exchange of gifts', implementation, and 'conversation in the Spirit'. In terms of density of ideas, the speech was pretty low. The essential message was • the Synod is not over. • implementation is the real work. • synodality should become part of the Church's ordinary life. • this is the next stage of Vatican II. Two key sentences were: "The discernment of the signs of the times, ecumenical and interreligious dialogue, and the commitment to justice and peace become measures of the Church's diakonia." "In this way, the implementation phase becomes a new stage …আরও
Acts 12:1-11 “A light shone in the cell. He tapped Peter on the side and awakened him, saying, “Get up quickly.” The chains fell from his wrists.’” Here, the Spirit delivers Peter from prison; it is the same Spirit who delivers us from our inner prisons. 2 Timothy 4:6-8, 17-18 “To God be be glory forever and ever.” God is with us; he loves us and saves us. Let us remain in God and invite others to allow themselves to be loved by God. Matthew 16:13-19 “You are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church.” Jesus created the Church; he is the Church, but on earth, he entrusted the keys of both the Church and the Kingdom to Peter. Jesus remains the one who guides and leads the Church, so that the world may find ways to remain with God. Biblical texts: NAB-RE Normand Thomas.
Two Mexican Bishops Celebrate Homosexual Eucharist. Worse than Germany: On Pentecost Sunday, 24 May, Bishop Hilario González García, 61, of Saltillo, Mexico, celebrated a Eucharist with homosexual groups at San Esteban Parish as part of the city's 'Pride March'. Bishop Emeritus Raúl Vera concelebrated the Eucharist. Homosexuals participated in the readings, music and offertory. A rainbow flag was displayed near the lectern.
