Starbucks employees expose that Starbucks is using “blending powder” in many of their newer drinks This new powder was just introduced this month. If you drink Starbucks you should be concerned about this. This “blending powder” consists of Gum arabic, maltodextrin, xanthan gum, natural flavor, silica and stevia extract (rebaudioside-A)
The reason they use it is because it acts as an emulsifier and stabilizer. The gums and other components create a smoother, more consistent frozen blended texture and slows separation that would otherwise happen soon after the drink leaves the blender Starbucks employees have been making videos saying it makes their throats hurt, makes them cough and makes their head hurt.
The silica is silicon dioxide and acts as an anti-caking agent. This is a very controversial ingredient for health concerns But it’s also a concern for these Starbucks employees because inhaling it is dangerous. Fine silica …More

Leo XIV: “A radical reform of the liturgical rites was not in fact necessary in order to make the liturgy more accessible after the Second Vatican Council — a reality that the full, conscious, actual and extraordinarily fruitful participation in the unreformed rites today makes perfectly clear.”

Leo XIV: "Novus Ordo Rooted in and Respected the Tradition of Church"

At today’s General Audience, Leo XIV praised the failed liturgical reform after Vatican II.
He quoted extensively from a letter by the future Paul VI, Cardinal Montini, dated October 1962. He wrote that the faithful “cannot and must no longer remain silent and passive”.
No Participation: Novus Ordo Churches Empty
Leo XIV added that “the participation of the faithful cannot be passive”. The Conciliar reform “was intended to allow the liturgy to shine forth”.
He believes there was “the need to make the richness of the biblical texts and prayers more accessible to all the faithful”.
"Necessary" to Revise Liturgy
Furthermore, Leo XIV claims that the liturgy “has always been subject to developments and changes”.
“It is therefore not surprising that the Second Vatican Council too, with the utmost respect for the heritage of tradition, and precisely in order to make it more accessible, considered it necessary to revise the liturgical books.”
According to Leo XIV, “the liturgical reform promoted …More

Never Compromise Truth To Fit In
The gospel reading criticizes the scribes and Pharisees for their hypocrisy: they appear righteous on the outside but lack true righteousness. This serves as a reminder to stay true to God’s objective truth, even when it contradicts societal norms or public opinion. We must avoid compromising our beliefs to fit in, as this leads to a loss of truth and a disordered life.

Two pastors fined W1m each for disrupting flight with loud preaching - The Korea Herald

This unrelated file photo shows the interior of an airplane. (Getty Images Bank) Two pastors were fined 1 million won ($723) each for disrupting a domestic flight by loudly preaching to passengers and refusing repeated requests from cabin crew to stop, local media reported Monday. The pastors, 64 and 68, were convicted of violating the Aviation Security Act over an incident aboard a flight from Jeju to Gimpo that departed at around 3:40 p.m. on March 12, according to the Seoul Southern District Court's Aug. 18 ruling. The court said the 64-year-old pastor stood in the aisle despite repeated attempts by crew members to stop him and shouted at passengers, “You will go to hell if you don’t believe in Jesus.” The other pastor joined in, shouting, "Hallelujah, you will go to hell" while walking up and down the aisle. When a crew member approached to issue a warning, the pastors reportedly shouted back, "Don't try to lecture me." The two ignored repeated complaints and objections from crew …

Protestants are so funny. They think all you have to do is say, I Love JESUS and get a free pass into Heaven. As they are sinning away.

" They were but lightly fastened to the stakes, so that when finding themselves unbound they could easily escape and declare themselves apostates, or they might at least serve to amuse the people by remaining voluntarily in the fire. The first one burnt was Brother Louis, who seeing himself loosened from his cords, passed through the flames, cast himself at the feet of the priests, to kiss their hands, and then returned to his stake, where he expired a few moments afterwards."

Rev. Michael Pfleger Cleared of Latest Abuse Allegation

Rev. Michael Pfleger, 77, was reinstated effective August 24 after the Archdiocese of Chicago's Independent Review Board completed its investigation. He is known nationally for his progressive activism.
Cardinal Blase Cupich, 77, said the board, assisted by the Office of Child Protection and outside investigators, concluded there was “no reason to believe” Pfleger was guilty of the allegation. Cupich accepted the recommendation and returned him to ministry at St. Sabina.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times reporting, a woman alleged that Pfleger sexually abused her when she was a girl attending St. Sabina's school sometime between 1993 and 1995. The allegation surfaced this July, and Pfleger was removed from ministry on July 11 while it was investigated.
Rev. Pfleger denied it emphatically from the outset, calling it an “absolute lie.”
Under archdiocesan policy, the allegation was reported to police, and the accuser was offered assistance through the church's Victim Assistance Ministry. …More

"Where Are You Going, USA?": Archbishop Fulton Sheen’s Prophetic Warning & Blueprint
"If souls are saved, everything is saved. Unless souls are saved, nothing is saved." Fulton Sheen expert Dr. Peter Howard joins CatholicTV to share the prophetic blueprint Archbishop Fulton Sheen left for renewing the faith in the USA. Why is Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen more relevant today than ever before? Dr. Peter Howard steps into the living room on This Is the Day to discuss Sheen’s road to beatification and preview the national conference, "America’s Saint: The Catholic Hour is Now" in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Howard explains why Sheen was far more than a 1950s television celebrity reaching 30 million viewers weekly with Life is Worth Living—he was a holy soul whose power to convert hearts came directly from his unbroken promise to make a daily Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament every day of his priesthood. As the nation marks its 250th anniversary, Dr. Howard reflects on Sheen's final prophetic …More

"The first, and the worst, are those Christians who have died in mortal sin, without repentance and without regret; for these have despised the death of Christ and His sacraments, or received them unworthily and in vain. And they have not practised works of mercy, showing charity toward their neighbours, as God has commanded. And for this they are doomed to the depths of hell."

BLESSED JAN VAN RUYSBROEK ~ ‘The Adornment of the Spiritual Marriage’ – Chapter X – ‘CHAPTER X; OF THE FIVE KINDS OF MEN…’- pages 38-40

[BLESSED JAN VAN RUYSBROEK – XIII-XIV Century AD; born: Ruisbroek, Holy Roman Empire/ died: Groenendael, Holy Roman Empire; Mystic, Spiritual Writer, Doctor Divinus Ecstaticus]
CHAPTER X ~ OF THE FIVE KINDS OF MEN WHO SHALL APPEAR AT THE JUDGMENT
Five kinds of men will appear before this Judge.
The first, and the worst, are those Christians who have died in mortal sin,
without repentance and without regret; for these have despised the death of Christ and His sacraments, or received them unworthily and in vain. And they have not practised works of mercy, showing charity toward their neighbours, as God has commanded. And for this they are doomed to the depths of hell.
The second kind are unbelievers, Pagans and Jews. These must all appear before Christ, though they were damned already during their lives; for, in their time, they had neither Divine grace nor Divine love, and for this reason they have always dwelt in the eternal death of damnation. But these will have less pain than the evil …More

German Bishop Opposes Efforts to Convince People of the Gospel

Bishop Gerhard Feige of Magdeburg, Germany, has criticized calls for new evangelization strategies as a response to declining Church membership.
“I am very skeptical of strategies and methods aimed at deliberately persuading people,” Monsignor Feige told Herder Korrespondenz in its September issue.
Addressing secularization, pluralization, individualization, increased mobility and digitalization, Bishop Feige said: “Methods of evangelization hardly seem to me to be the right response to these complex phenomena.”
Instead, the bishop argued that the Church should focus on living out its mission through service to others, “It is not about imposing the Gospel on people,” he said. “The present age challenges us to be a Church that is as authentic and committed to serving others as possible.”
