It's this color-coded "read in between the lines" method that many call the "Vatican II step": state something [seemingly] out of line with tradition, then counter it with something orthodox. People then read & take to heart the part they want and ignore the other {pick & choose = actual meaning of the term heresy]. This is why someone like Mother Angelica or Bishop Fulton Sheen were in favor of the Council documents "if read in the light of tradition." It's also why the modernists assert that the "new Springtime of the Church began in 1965 - like Francis & crew. Benedict XVI tried to fix it with his hermeneutic of continuity. It's a mess.

Catholic Oratory Inaugurated in Argentine Senate: The Argentine Senate inaugurated a Catholic oratory within its institutional headquarters, dedicated to Saint María Antonia de Paz y Figueroa, also known as “Mamá Antula.” The ceremony was presided over by Vice President and Senate President Victoria Villarruel and attended by civil and ecclesiastical authorities, including the Apostolic Nuncio to Argentina, Archbishop Mirosław Adamczyk, and the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires, Father Pedro Cannavó, along with senior Senate officials. Villarruel said the oratory — a space for prayer and reflection — will progressively incorporate Marian devotions from different Argentine provinces, such as Our Lady of Itatí, Our Lady of the Valley of Catamarca, and Our Lady of Luján, reflecting the federal character of the Senate.
