According to the diocesan website, Bishop Bruce Lewandowski, 59, is presiding at each gathering, which includes the celebration of the Eucharist, small-group sharing, and a community dinner. The diocesan announcement opens with Pope Francis' notorious words, “Todos, Todos, Todos” (“Everyone, Everyone, Everyone”). Archbishop José Armando Álvarez Cano, 66, of Morelia, Mexico, recently received the homosexual group Otro Rebaño, reports Oem.com.mx on June 16. The group's coordinator, Erick Ballesteros, is proud about his homosexual sins. Following the meeting with Archbishop Álvarez, the group said it was "filled with hope". Today, Pope Leo XIV issued a new Fundamental Law for Vatican City State, replacing the 2023 constitution and codifying recent governance reforms in a 25-article text. The new law enshrines Francis' reforms in the constitution, notably allowing a non-cardinal — including a woman — to serve as President of the Vatican City State's Pontifical Commission and Governorship. Separation of Vatican City State and the Holy See The Pope remains constitutionally supreme. Article 1 states that he holds the full legislative, executive and judicial authority, meaning there is no separation of powers at the highest level. Article 2 explains that Vatican City State exists to guarantee the independence of the Holy See but is legally distinct from the Roman Curia and the institutions of the Holy See. Vatican Clergy Residence Becomes Four Star Hotel: Leo XIV has approved the conversion of the Domus Internationalis Paulus VI in Rome from a residence for clergy into a four-star hotel.
