Pope Leo XIV appointed Father Manuel de Jesus Rodriguez as the bishop of Palm Beach, Florida.
Born January 15, 1974, in the Dominican Republic, Rodriguez became a Salesian of Don Bosco and was ordained a priest on July 3, 2004. He is currently the parish priest at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Queens, in the Diocese of Brooklyn.
