Here, the Spirit delivers Peter from prison; it is the same Spirit who delivers us from our inner prisons.
2 Timothy 4:6-8, 17-18
“To God be be glory forever and ever.”
God is with us; he loves us and saves us. Let us remain in God and invite others to allow themselves to be loved by God.
Matthew 16:13-19
“You are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church.”
Jesus created the Church; he is the Church, but on earth, he entrusted the keys of both the Church and the Kingdom to Peter. Jesus remains the one who guides and leads the Church, so that the world may find ways to remain with God.

Baptism is entering into a relationship with God’s love.

“Whoever gives only a cup of cold water to one of these little ones…”
We present the cup of water, but it is the Lord who offers it.

We still hear this today. Someone has been hurt by people who are walking with the Lord. And he will tell himself that it’s the Lord who causes evil.
People can hurt us, but it’s never the Lord.
Matthew 7:6, 12-14
“How narrow the gate and constricted the road that leads to life.”
That is to say, there is only one way: Love, which leads to the Heart of God.

To deny God is, ultimately, to distance us from His Love. This harms us and others.
Let us remain in the Love of God, and He will help us to remain far from evil.

Elisha receives the Spirit of mission and evangelization from the One who Works, God.
Matthew 6:7-15
The Lord's Prayer is a masterpiece.
The name of God is holy, but we want to improve ourselves and remain in God's holiness.
The reign of God is now, since Christ is King and He lives in the Kingdom. We want to live in the Kingdom, in God, now.
Allowing ourselves to be loved by God draws us away from sin and evil. The joy of the child within us is a guiding light to lead us into the Heart of God.

Let us remain listening to God.

The question of seeking is found throughout the Bible. And Jesus’ first words are a question. Why are you looking for me?
It is like a fish in the sea seeking water. It is surrounded by water. We are filled with God’s love.
Let us meditate on what is beautiful, good, right, true, just, and real, and on God’s love, joy, and peace within us, and we will find God.

God loves us: "God is Love."
Matthew 11:25-30
Jesus said: "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children."
We place a veil between ourselves and God. But, when we uncover a corner of the veil, we are surprised to see that God is present. Let us become more present to God's presence.
