VATICAN COUNCIL II (AG 7) SUPPORTS THE ROMAN MISSAL OF THE LATIN MASS. THE COUNCIL HAS EMERGED TRADITIONALIST. IT NO MORE IS LIBERAL. SO POPE LEO AFFIRMS VATICAN COUNCIL II AND THE CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, WHEN INTERPRETED RATIONALLY, CAN ONLY SUPPORT THE EXCLUSIVIST ECCLESIOLOGY OF THE LATIN MASS.

Three is another issue. The pope affirms Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church which say outside the Church there is no salvation. This is a discovery. So the pope is affirming the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in harmony with Vatican Council II. The Council and Catechism are ecclesiocentric and in harmony with the Roman Missal of the Latin Mass and not the Missal of Pope Paul VI.
